Refund and Returns Policy

At Zaniamemo, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund guidelines before making a purchase.

Returns

  • We currently accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 📧 [email protected] with your order details and a clear description (or photo) of the issue.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed as follows:
    • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund in cash/bank transfer (details will be collected during the process).
    • Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is inspected and approved by our team.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
  • Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
